I am now busy searching thru my old organizational development literature
to find the proper diagnostic category for an organization when the simple
request for an address stimulates a tangential discussion of
political/economic/social dynamics!
So far I think it fits in "Chronic Salary Dysfunction Syndrome!" : )
And I stress: : ) so that we don't get into a discussion of organizational
development, system diagnosis, and/or psychobabble or (God forbid)
salaries.
