ATTENTION WORK STUDY SUPERVISORS-------

The timesheets you have received for the pay period ending 03/28/99 have
the wrong week marked off for spring break.  The first week should have
been crossed through instead of the second week.

To correct this, please write "03/22-28/99" in the left hand margin next to
the first week and "03/15-21/99" in the left hand margin next to the second
week.  Then fill in the timesheets with the first block as the second week
and the second block as the first week (the majority of you will not have
anything to put in the second block/first week which will be Spring Break).
 I apologize for the confusion, I neglected to check the timesheets before
they were mailed and apparently my own student worker was also very anxious
to get out for spring break.

The Student Evaluation Forms were sent out last week. There is not a
deadline to return those, but please get them to me before the end of the
