I have a few questions about the air conditioning, or lack thereof, in
Hunter Hall. I've checked my email and snail mail, and see nothing
addressing the air conditioning aside from the email message from Dr.
Allen. I also called Security, but the man who answered the phone didn't
have the answer to my questions.

I just returned to my office (Sat., around 5:15 p.m.) having been to a
workshop at MTSU (left at 5:45 p.m. Thurs.). My air conditioning unit had
been turned off. I also noticed this Wed. morning, but was too busy to do
anything more than switch it on. I could (almost) understand if the air
had been turned off centrally, but the dial has been manually turned to
the off position both times.

Again, I've seen no email or snail mail posting that this was to be done.
My air conditioning unit is to the right of my desk, over a 'boombox'
(which I might add is chained to the desk), and lots of other stuff. This
is also the area in which I generally set student information.

Has someone been told to switch off all units in Hunter? Will this person
be in each morning to switch on the units, as well? It's a long stretch
for me to reach the dial, so don't even think of asking if I did it
without remembering. :)
