It seems like the new e-mail system isn't depositing messages very often--at least not as quickly as cecaesun.  

Is anyone else noticing this problem?  

Can someone address why this problem may be happening with the new system?  

I've already checked my MS Outlook settings.  My software is set to check for "new" messages each minute, so I know THAT's not at issue.
