Special Luncheon Invitation!

 

Dear Colleagues,

Over the past three years, we have been pleased to offer our regular,
full-time faculty and staff an opportunity to move into the growing M. L.
King community adjacent to our campus.  The Live Near Your Work Program
provides a $15,000 financial incentive to those who buy a primary residence
in the area.  To date, 15 members of our UTC family have purchased homes in
this growing, vibrant community.  We have three incentives remaining, and
invite you to a special luncheon to hear more about this program, and
receive information about housing available for purchase.
