Dear Colleagues:

As I noted in an earlier memo, we will begin to move many offices back
into Hopper Hall on Monday. At the same time, IT technicians will be
installing the last of the phone and internet connections, and officials
from the state will be doing the final walk through to ensure that the
building is ready for public access. Given the controlled chaos of all
these activities, I must ask that ALL staff, even those who will have
their offices in Hooper, stay out of the building until further notice.
Your help in the matter will allow us to attend to the last minute
details with care.
