Having just become the proud owner of a renovation-challenged home, we are
selling our 4 bedroom, three and a half bath home on Signal Mountain's Old
Town neighborhood.  Unlike our new home, this one, which sits on an acre of
land with apple trees, grape vines and a pear tree, needs nothing as it was
completely redone in 1991.  There is a large kitchen with hardwood floors,
nine foot ceilings, crown molding, wall to wall carpet, a separate small
kitchen in the lower level and a great front porch on the corner of Signal
Mountain Blvd. and James.
