The University's second Legacy Dinner, a part of our Black History Month
Celebration will be held March 1, 2003, to recognize individuals of all
races who made significant and lasting contributions to the Chattanooga
community in the following areas:
education, diversity, and the selfless giving of themselves for the
betterment of others, and whose contributions will continue to make a
difference in the lives of present and future generations.

Nominations of individuals to be recognized this year are now being
requested.  Please submit the name of your nominee to Barbara Wofford (Mail
Code 5455) along with a brief explanation of why the person deserves the
recognition.
