 Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga, one of the nation's  top
>united arts funding agencies and arts councils, is pleased to announce the
>appointment of Don Andrews as its new Executive Director.    As Executive
>Director, Mr. Andrews will lead the fundraising, programming,  and advocacy
>efforts of Allied Arts, which is ranked among the top 10 nonprofit  united
