Thanks to all the kind people who made suggestions.
I found my dog. She was at the pound with a shattered knee. She is at UT
having her leg amputated.
PLEASE someone come up with a computer system that assists the Hamilton
County Animal Shelter with logging data. My dog was picked up very near my
house on the date I said she was missing and she  is easy to identify. How
was it possible for her to lie there for a week with no painkillers and me
not know?
Please take this as a project.
