In order to reduce our postage cost, payroll checks that are normally
mailed to the employees home address will be included with the normal
payroll advices for biweekly, monthly and longevity payrolls.  Department
representatives should make a conscientious effort to pick up checks and
advices on the published payroll dates to insure that individuals receive
payments timely.
