Contract fell through for the fourth time. I am willing to take a hit on the
house just to get it sold. Only house in Signal Mountain city limits with 3
bedrooms and 2 baths for under 148. The price will go up quite a bit now
that the land use meetings are under way and the high school will be built.
However, I want to sell now and my loss can be your gain. You may use a
realtor but you pay commission. I am already as low as I can go. 127,500.00
FIRM. I will send inspection report to anyone who sincerely interested in
getting in the new SM school system. If I post again in August for the new
professors/staff it will be posted at 135,000. It appraised last year at 132
and 145.. That was without the school system in place and the new
