Calling all Science & Engineering Scholars!!!

Every year, the Chattanooga Regional Science Fair is held here on campus
during spring break, while most of you are safely out of the chaos.
Projects are set up on Monday; judging is Tuesday; it's open to the public
on Wednesday and Thursday; and then the awards ceremony is Thursday night.
We have over 200 area students competing in the Fair this year. The
winners will be sent to the International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF).

So- how can you help or contribute to a child's education? Well, WE NEED
JUDGES!! Judging is on Tuesday, March 8 and we are in need of judges both
in the morning from 9-12 and in the afternoon from 1-4. Here are our
subject areas:
Behavioral and Social Sciences
Biochemistry
Botany
Chemistry
Computer Science
Earth & Space Science
Engineering- Electrical
Engineering- Other
Environmental Science
Gerontology
Mathematics
Medicine & Health
Microbiology
Physics
Zoology

If you are familiar with any of these subject areas, we need you!! In
addition, if you know someone that may be able to help us (a retired
doctor, professor, engineer, etc...), please pass this email along. We
greatly appreciate your help.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thanks,
Katie Harbison
