There's a new community theatre in town!! Hamilton Community Theatre
(HCT) is a non-profit theatre focusing on the East Brainerd/Ooltewah
community. We're located at 7997 Shallowford Road in Chattanooga,
directly past Jenkins Road. HCT is a member of the American Association
of Community Theatres (AACT) and the Better Business Bureau. Here's our
website: www.hamiltoncommunitytheatre.com
<http://www.hamiltoncommunitytheatre.com/>

Our first production is set to open the weekend of November 3, 2005.
The play is by Newberry Award winner Paul Fleishman and is titled ZAP.
Mr. Fleishman will be at our theatre November 6, 2005 for the
performance and to sign copies of his newly released book.

HCT has the following (volunteer) staffing needs:

**** A marketing person(s) willing and capable of selling ads for our
playbill to local businesses. This could be a great opportunity for a
Marketing student that needs some internship hours because we would also
like to use the right person to obtain corporate sponsorships for future
performances.

**** We have had ONE slot open up for an actress due to scheduling
conflicts. If you know anyone interested in performing in this world
premier please let us know ASAP! We've been cast for a month, but
rehearsals don't begin until next week thankfully!

**** Front of house staff.

**** Backstage staff

If you, or anyone you know, has caught the acting bug and would like to
take part in this production please contact Rosemary Wallace, MLA (the
director) at (423) 304-7157. You can also contact her if you just want
more information!!

Thanks,

Kelly
