FYI, the SPAN 101 course on the Spring Schedule is not a course being
taught out of the Foreign Languages department and is not supposed to be
open to our undergraduates. It is a grant-funded course being taught out
of the School of Education--Teacher Preparation Academy--for in service
teachers preparing for ESL certification. My suggestion that it be opened
as a closed class, was obviously not heeded. Anyone asking about it needs
to be referred to the Teacher Preparation Academy.
