This is a "delete" if you don't need furniture.
We are moving and don't have room for our "passion pit". It is a 5-piece
sectional sofa comprised of 2 6-foot couches, 2 armless chaire and an
ottoman. It can be used in several configurations. We currently have it set
up as an "L-shaped sofa with the other long sofa separate. It can be
enclosed to form a huge bed by putting the ottoman in the middle and an
armless chair between the couches. We paid over $2,000 for it 18 years ago,
and are selling it for just $600. It is trimmed in dark pine wood and the
material is light gold color. It makes a great seating "pit" around a
fireplace, or split it up and use in several rooms.
We also have a large Sauder desk with 4 drawers, 2 of which have molded in
rails for hanging folders. This desk sells new at Office Depot for c.$200,
and we are selling ours for $100. It is only 5 years old.
