Hearty rounds of hoorah's are due our Engineering School for their 
recent placement in a Society of Automotive Engineers competition in 
Milwaukee Wisconsin.
The article in today's Times Free Press (page E1) is a terrific 
testimony of a smaller school doing more with less. In short, under 
the direction of Karl Fletcher, UTC beat out a number of schools 
larger schools, including: Arkansas, MTSU, Florida, Oklahoma State, 
GA Tech, Purdue & Nebraska.  Not bad for the first year to compete at 
this level.

Take time to read the article, this is a credit to Dr. Fletcher and 
his excellent leadership at UTC.
