I feel that if anyone is driving fast enough to think that these rather mild speed bumps are a big deal then they are driving much too fast in those areas. There are lots of students crossing the roads near these speed bumps. I think that someone should randomly move speed bumps around to teach the dangerous drivers to drive more carefully.
