If any department has a certificate from Corporate Express that they
received from the United Fund Campaign that they have not
been able to use, listed below is the procedure you need to follow to redeem
it.

You will have to pay an invoice against the certificate. You need to write
the invoice number on the certificate. Send only these
type of payments to: Corporate Express, Attention: Mr. Randy O'Quinn, 300 W.
Lake Parkway, Atlanta, Ga. 30336.
