SUBJECT:        2002 Holiday and Closing Schedule


The 2002 holiday and office closing schedule is as follows:

* The New Year's Day holiday will be observed Tuesday, January 1, 2002.

* The Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday will be observed Monday, January
21, 2002.

* The Good Friday holiday will be observed Friday, March 29, 2002.

* The Memorial Day holiday will be observed Monday, May 27, 2002.

* The Independence Day holiday will be observed Thursday, July 4, 2002.

* The Labor Day holiday will be observed Monday, September 2, 2002.

* The Thanksgiving Day holiday will be observed
        Thursday, November 28, 2002 - Holiday.
        Friday, November 29, 2002 - Administrative Closing.

* The Christmas holiday will be observed
        Monday, December 23, 2002 --Administrative Closing.
        Tuesday, December 24, 2002 -- Administrative Closing.
        Wednesday, December 25, 2002 - Holiday
        Thursday, December 26, 2002 -- Administrative Closing.
        Friday, December 27, 2002 -- Administrative Closing.

* The YR 2003 New Year's Day holiday will be observed Wednesday, January 1,
2003.
