FYI:

The two lists UTCINFO and UTCSTAFF are built daily with the same names so
any emails sent to either list will go to the same people.  I have noticed
that sometimes important messages that go out on UTCINFO are also sent to
UTCSTAFF and that is not necessary since they have already received it
once.  Just thought some might not understand that is the case.  If you
need further explanation, email me.
