This is just a thank you message to our computer personnel. This morning in Fletcher 100 the computer was hung up loading windows and would not reset. I called the computer help desk and someone arrived in minutes to solve the problem enabling me to present another spectacular powerpoint presentation on criminological theory.

The computer person left quietly and unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to say thank you. So I am using this forum to say thank you to that person and to all the other computer personnel who enable professors to do what we do best.
