This message is to inform you how to fix the problem with most email
messages that have bounced back to you.  Some of you are sending the same
bounced email over and over again without correcting what is wrong.  No
matter how many times you send the message, it will not go through until
you correct the problem.

Email addresses are broken down as follows:

                        username@host

If you receive email that has bounced and it says USER UNKNOWN, then the
username to the LEFT of the  @  symbol is incorrect.

If you receive email that has bounced and it says HOST UNKNOWN, then the
host address to the RIGHT of the  @  symbol is incorrect.
