It begins at Coolidge Park at 7:00 am for registration and 8:30 am for the race. Fee is $10.00 before 9/1/01 and $13.00 after that. Forms may be obtained at the CSOA office at 630 Chestnut St. or from the Track Club website (www.runchatt.org). T-shirts, door prizes, refreshments, etc.45_22Aug200116:38: [log in to unmask] |

A large portion of a tree growing on my (Chattanooga) neighbor's property
fell onto mine, forturnately with little damage. I was surprised when this
neighbor voiced his belief that removal of the fallen tree was not his
responsibility, but my own. If so, fine. However, I would like to confirm
this in some fashion.
Can anyone out there point me to a source for informal advice?
Thanks,
