With spring's arrival comes the conclusion of the academic year.
Students are in the last week of classes.  Final exams begin next
week, and I thank all of you for making 1998-99 a successful year!  We as
staff members need to think about finalizing our plans for the annual
Faculty-Staff Campaign.  For as little as $8.34 per month, you can make an
important contribution to the University and become a member of the Century
Club.  Any size contribution, of course, is always welcomed and may be made
by personal check or by payroll deduction.  You also may designate how your
money will be spent.  Staff choices include giving to scholarships,
non-exempt staff development and our various athletic programs.

Your support of this campaign is encouraged as we wind down
another academic year.  Thank you for considering a gift and for
