Colleagues,

All are invited to the Chemistry department to hear a joint seminar
delivered by recent UTC graduates now enrolled in PhD programs at Univ of
South Carolina.  The talks are titled

"A Kinetic and Spectroscopic Investigation of Amphitrite ornata
Dehaloperoxidase"
to be given by Robert Osborne

and

"Syntheses and X-ray Crystal Structures of Several Novel Alkylammonium
Iodobismuthate and Alkylammonium Mixed Halobismuthate Inorganic-Organic
Hybrid Materials"
to be given by Andrea Goforth

The talks will be this Friday, Feb 7,  from 12 - 12:50 in Grote 420.
