Federal Work Study Time Sheets

Just a reminder that when the university is closed, work study students may not work.  There are two areas that you will need to be careful on the pay period ending 09/19/2004.
Monday, September 6 which was Labor Day and the university was officially closed all day on Friday September 17 .  Please do not attempt to turn in work hours for either of those days.  They will be deleted from the time sheet.
Obviously, if you turned in your time sheets early and had projected work hours on Friday the 17th, I will delete them for you.  You do not have to send in a new time sheet.
Thanks a lot.  And please get your time sheets to me as quickly as possible on Monday.
