FALL 1998  INCOMPLETES ARE TO BE REMOVED MONDAY, APRIL 5, 1999


Under current regulations, all removals must be submitted to the Office
Records & Registration  no later than  April 5, 1999.  If no removal has
been submitted, incompletes will be changed to F.

Students have received notices that they must make arrangements for removal
sufficiently early for the instructors to be able to submit the grades on
time.  We know, some will have problems or will this be a
semester that all work is turned in on time. (right)

For INSTRUCTORS, who have problems, submitting grades before the deadline,
because a student walked
 in at 4:30 p.m.(the last minute), handed in materials, waited for it to be
graded, and wanted it walked up to the Office of Records/Registration and
submitted before the 5:00 p.m.(the deadline), give me a call and together
we'll try to work out a soulution.

Some circumstances require  extended time for an incomplete to be removed.
THE STUDENT will need to complete a PETITION FORM which may be picked up in
the Office of Records / Registration and returned to be submitted to the
PETITIONS COMMITTEE for approval.
