(ANNUAL ENROLLMENT)

Employees who have Healthsource HMO must complete an enrollment/change form
during annual enrollment to change to the John Deere or
BlueCross/BlueShield health insurance plans.  The Prepaid Plan 1 and
Reimbursement dental plans will not be offered in 2000.  Employees who have
these plans must complete an enrollment/change form during annual
enrollment to change to the Prepaid Plan II or the new PDO plan  to
continue dental coverage in 2000.

Annual enrollment changes can be made by completing the appropriate form(s)
at Personnel Services, Room 206, Administration Building, 400 Palmetto
Street today by 3:00 PM.  If you have questions, or require additional
information, please e-mail or call Kathy Bonham at 4452 or Keith Leamon at
4758.

Failure to submit a form by November 15 will result in cancellation of your
health insurance (Healthsource HMO) or Dental (Prepaid Plan 1 or
Reimbursement Plan) on December 31, 1999.
