Dear Colleagues,

I have been following the RAVEN messages announcing the tremendous
volunteer support our fall enrollment campaign has received from the
campus.  Once again, I am proud to see so many members of our campus
community coming forward to help with this very important effort.

The special attention given to help and encourage our students is a
hallmark of this campus, and your willingness to take time from your busy
schedules to make these phone calls shows the concern the faculty, staff,
and administration holds for our students.

I want to call your attention to one other important element in our fall
enrollment efforts -- the one-stop shop Information Fair scheduled for July
13.  Many of you will staff this event where prospective students can come
for assistance in registering, advising, financial aid, and other
admissions issues.  The day is being advertised through a variety of media
-- television, radio, billboards, newspaper, posters, mail-outs and phone
calls.

I admire the way this campus puts its full support behind the campaign to
contact our students.  You have shown your willingness and ability so many
times.

The goals of UTC are to provide academic excellence and access to that
excellence.  Thank you for your amazing professionalism and graciousness to
achieve both goals.
