RE:     On Line After Hours Access


        The UTC Department of Public Safety is going "ONLINE" with its after hours
access listing effective January 20, 2003.  All department heads wil need
to designate a person(s) responsible for entering their department student
after hours access list.

        We will need to have your department-designated person(s) name in order to
set-up your department accunt number by January 17, 2003.

        If you have any questions or concerns regardig this matter, please contact
Ms. Regina Shoulders at the Campus Police Department number, 425-4357 or
via e-mail, [log in to unmask], between the hours of 3:00 p.m. until
11:00 p.m. to greater nswer your questions.  Also Ms Shoulders will be the
contact person to obtain your access account number.

        This system is being implemented to better serve the campus community.  We
appreciate your patience and assistance in this program.
