Would you or someone you know like to explore the possibility of getting an
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or vocational/technical training?
I would like to take this opportunity to tell our campus community about
the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) located in the Metropolitan
Building, Room 100. The EOC is a grant program funded by the U.S.
Department of Education. We are just completing our fifth year of
operation, and have recently received news that we are funded for four more
years.
We work with adults and high school seniors who live in Hamilton and Marion
counties in Tennessee, and Walker, Dade, and Catoosa counties in Georgia.
We assist students with admissions, financial aid, career counseling,
choosing a school and choosing a major. We are especially interested in
helping low income and first generation students. All our services are FREE!
If you, or someone you know, might be interested in our services, please
call us at (423) 425-1702. It is not to late to register for Fall classes!
