If you have had a change of address or phone number in the past year(s) and
have not notified the campus Office of Human Resources, please respond to
this email with your new address/phone.  Your taking the time to help us
update your records will insure that any information mailed to your home by
the State of Tennessee, including insurance, retirement, and other state
benefit information, will be correctly routed.

Annual Enrollment is not until October 15 - November 15; however, the
mailings sent to your home prior are based on what address we have on
August 1.
