Last night my friend, who lives across the street from GPS, saw a dog in the road on Barton Avenue. After he was nearly hit by a car she put a leash on him and walked him back to her house. She was going to keep him for the night and begin a search for his home today, but later in the night he escaped from their yard and took off again. I am posting this in case someone has lost their dog and is looking for him.

He is an unneutered male and looks to be full Walker Hound. He is very sweet. His head and ears are brown and he has black and brown spots on white on the rest of his body. He's very thin and very vocal. He was last seen at the corner of Barton Avenue and Crewdson. That is all the information I can give. He had no identification.

I URGE all pet owners to put identification on their animals, even if they are inside pets. Accidents happen and they sometimes get out. All responsible pet owners should do this. ID tags are less the $10. My animals are also microchipped, which was inexpensive.
