ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC EVENT

        Given the momentous nature of the events unfolding in Kosovo and
the surrounding region,the Department of Political Science has decided to
sponsor a public forum on the subject of the strike against Yugoslavia on
Friday, April 23 at twelve noon in the Raccoon Mountain room of the Student
Center.  The two main speakers will be Dr. Fouad Moughrabi, who teaches
international relations and world politics, and Dr. Robert Swansbrough who
offers our course on American foreign policy. The forum will be structured
to allow ample time for audience participation.  We hope that interested
faculty and students will attend.
