To Academic Department Heads....
In order for various statistics and teaching load profiles to be accurate,
please check your course listings and forward all instructor name
corrections, updates, etc. to me by Tuesday, January 19.  The statistical
date for this semester is Thursday, January 21, so all changes must be made
