To The UTC Community, and R.A.D. class (July) 2007, 
  The R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Class on July 10 - 12, 2007 hosted by UTC Police Department at UTC Campus, was a success!  The class was great and everyone graduated, every one trained well and it was a great honor to teach you all. I would like to take this time to tell all of you that I am so proud of you and you did a wonderful job! Way to go. Congratulations! See you all soon!
