Dear Colleagues,
I am working with an 80 year old man who loves to quote
poetry. Just recently he quoted to me a poem which he entitled "The Walls
of Babylon" by Edward Robert Bulwar-Lytton or Owen Meredith (his pen name)
(c1830-1890). Our library does not have a "complete works" on Owen
Meredith (it appears most all the poetry was published under this name).
Do any of you have a copy of this poem?
Can you confirm that I am headed in the right direction?

Thank you ahead of time for your help for my friend.
Bill
