Hello all,

I am looking for a used PC-compatible laptop computer (possibly two) for
word processing, email, etc. while on the go.  Processor speed is not
all that important, nor do I need a huge hard drive, but I would like a
unit with a good, clear display and a working battery and charger as
well as a CD-ROM drive (speed not important) for loading software.
Modem and/or network card would be needed, or at least an available slot
where they could be added.  I don't want to spend $1000 or more buying a
new one, but if you have recently done so and have an older one that
still works but that you're not using anymore, I would be interested in
taking a look at it.
