The next Chattanooga Writers Guild meeting is coming up this week:

When: Tuesday, August 13th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Where: UTC Faculty Club

Who: Finn Bille will be the featured speaker, and he will read from his book,
"Rites of the Earth: Selected Poems 1965-1990," which he self-published in
1994. Rites includes fifty-two poems (many previously published in obscure
magazines) written about Finn's experiences here and in Europe, mostly
Denmark, and in the U.S. His most dominant theme seems to be connections with
nature.
