I have two 7.2V Li-ion canon camcorder batteries that I no longer need. 
The one that came with the camcorder (BP-911) and a really nice extended use
battery (C-L728H).  According to a web site they fit the following Canon
types of camcorders:
ES 300V 4000 5000 6000 7000 8000 GL-1 XL-1

Comes with the charger, free to a good home.  ;)
