I would hesitate to sign up with people who use the phrase "silent majority"
to describe themselves. The phrase comes from a Richard Nixon speech in
which he used it to both dismiss anti-Vietnam protests and blame the status
of the war on the protests against it. That, combined with other phrases in
this email make it appear much more pro-war than neutrally "supporting the
troops".
