RE:             Postal Stamps for Breast Cancer Research


To assist Mail Services identify the extent of interest, we wanted to make
the campus community aware of the following opportunity.


>> > The U.S.  Postal Service
>> > recently released its new "Fund the Cure" stamp to help fund breast
cancer >>   research. The stamp was designed by Ethel Kessler of Bethesda,
Maryland.
>> > Instead of the normal $.33 for a stamp, this one costs $.40. The
>> > additional $.07 will go to breast cancer research.  A "normal" book
>> > costs $6.60.  This one is only $8.00.


If you are interested in purchasing a book(s) of "Fund the Cure" stamps,
please contact Brenda Case in Mail Services, extension 4137.  Your order
needs to be placed, AND paided for, in advance.
