WHO: UTC Symphonic Band and the City of Chattanooga Pipes and Drums

What: Concert featuring Scottish Music

When: 8:00 PM Friday March 17 (Get here early as there are other things going on in the FAC that evening)

Where: Roland Hayes Concert Hall located in the Fine Arts Center

Why: Beacause I like the obnoxious sounds created by the combination of piccolos, percussion and bag pipes.
