If you have had a change of address or phone number in the past year(s) and
have not notified the campus Office of Human Resources, please respond to
this email with your new address/phone.  Your taking the time to help us
update your records will insure that any information mailed to your home by
the State of Tennessee, including insurance, retirement, and other state
benefit information, will be correctly routed.

Both health insurance providers and the dental insurance provider will be
mailing to your home new ID cards in December.  The ID cards will not be
forwarded to new addresses by the post office, but returned to the provider.
