The Department of Political science, Public Administration and Nonprofit
Management is pleased to invite the University Community to attend a lecture
on Citizens, Presidential Power, and the War on Terrorism presented by
Thomas Greenholtz on Monday September 18 at noon in the Lookout Room of the
University Center.
Tom Greenholtz is an Associate Attorney with Shumacker Witt Gaither and
Whitaker, P.C. and an Adjunct Professor in the Department teaching courses
on Advanced Constitutional Law, Civil Liberties, and Introduction to
Judicial Process. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of UTC's Department of
Political Science in 1996, Tom earned his Juris Doctor Degree (Summa Cum
Laude) from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1999 where he
served as Executive Editor of Tennessee Law Review and earned membership in
the Order of the Coif.
The lecture is open to the public.
