These are the proposals UCW-CWA will pursue on your behalf in the coming Legislative session: 
1. A real cost of living raise no less than what other state workers receive.
2. Compression pay equal to that already received by other state workers.
3. A fair flat dollar minimum raise for the lowest paid higher education workers.
4.No so-called "merit" pay without cost of living raises & fair transparent standards for merit pay.

The union will be contacting and meeting with legislators throughout the  coming months. If you think these proposals are appropriate, come join us.
