I am taking my house off the market so I am again looking for a room mate 
to share my "way too big for just me " house.  It is a large 3-bedroom, 
2-full bath house with a 2-car detached garage and in-ground pool and 
deck.  There is a laundry room with extra custom closets built-in and extra 
attic storage.  The kitchen is fabulous (all yours as I don't cook) and 
there is cable TV and wireless high-speed internet access.

Privacy is guaranteed as you would have your own driveway and entrance and 
a den all your own.  Your large bedroom (23 X 18 ft) is at the opposite end 
of the house from me.

I prefer a non-smoking professional without full-time children (visiting is 
OK) or pets (front yard is not fenced and back yard is all pool).

Rent is $450 which includes all utilities and full access to the pool, 
garage and all house amenities.
