I for one will not be buying anything from there again until something is
done.  I've watched the quality go downhill over the past couple semesters
and am not impressed with some of the changes.  With budget cuts the way
they are, I'm sure things won't be getting better with time.  :(  Scary
thought when you think of how many could be affected seriously by negligence.
