The information pertaining to the Southern Conference from an "anonymous"
source is less than accurate. Close to 75% of the EHLS students are working
this tournament. They are spending long hours in Maclellan and McKenzie.
It is an incredible learning experience for students in the EHLS field (note
the relation). Other EHLS classes are meeting in Arena rooms 445 and 442 as
usual with the blessings of arena personnel. Remaining classes were moved
to Siskin with the help of Records/Registration. Before this is discussed
as a disregard for priorities, I hope someone will search for the facts
pertaining to this issue.

Subject: [UTCSTAFF] Faculty concern for meeting tomorrow

Faculty Senate Secretary Betsy Darken wrote to Faculty Senators:
> The following item is to be discussed tomorrow under "Faculty Concerns."

Thanks, Betsy, for sending this out to the Faculty Senators. I am the
person who forwarded this concern to the Faculty Senate Executive Committee.
I later received an additional correspondence from the person who brought
this to my attention ... and also, given further reflection, I decided that
this issue should be mentioned to all faculty and staff so that they might
make their opinions known to their elected representatives.

Accordingly, to all my colleagues across campus, the original messages I
received (minus the name of the sender who wishes to remain anonymous):

> Joe, I cannot put this out over Raven for fear that as a non-tenured
